taught is that you can be anything you want to be.
While we were younger, we took that literally. I used to want to be a mermaid, so that can't be all the way true. As I grew older, the message changed to “you can be anything you want to be, BUT you have to work hard.” See, that makes more sense. I do believe you can be or do whatever you want with hard work. I also believe that along with hard work, you have to train your brain to believe that too. Depending on how you grew up, you’re subconsciously not going after what makes you happy anymore. You no longer believe that you can do whatever you want. Any boss, entrepreneur, or artist didn't just work hard, THEY KNEW that they'd make it. Jay Z knew he'd be great. "My uncle told I would never sell a million records. I sold a million records about a million times." Diddy stayed consistent. “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop.” And finally, DJ Khaled and him speaking it into existence. “We the Best” and “We Takin’ Over.” When you're pushing through and trying to make it (making it can mean whatever you want), you must know that you are valuable. You're the first person to believe in you. If you don't believe in yourself, who will? Work your brain into all positive thoughts. Make moves the way that person you're trying to become would move. Basically, I'm saying take control of your brain. Once you train your thoughts into reality, you're moving the way you should be. Make your brain your bitch. There are 6 things you can do to make your brain your bitch. Gems below.
