Living with stress can feel uncomfortable, scary, and annoying. If it’s not one thing, it is another, and life can become overwhelming. Sangwin did a study on Stress and Aromathertherapy Intervention Efficacy. His subjects were a group of female freshmen at the University of Montana. His results showed that their stress decreased from using aromatherapy.
