Memes and Social Media Moments A social media detox is what me and others suggest to feel more relieved and rejuvenated, and we still stand by that, but a good laugh is great for stress. I’m not sure what your TL looks like, but whenever I want a good laugh I open up my Twitter. You need to smile and laugh.
Call Your Friends Call or go see a friend that can cheer you up. Sometimes having company or a loving voice can put you in a better mood.
Music Those songs that have your body moving by itself is what you need to be listening to. Dance it out, sing it out, if you’re a thug like me you’ll probably rap it out.
When I’m stressed or even annoyed, I take a walk. I walk around the block a couple of times, think, and breathe.
